29 August 2026
From 4.00pm to 6.00pm

As we celebrate our Golf Club’s 100th Anniversary, we are delighted to invite you to join us for a very special family event.

Just like our club, Winnie the Pooh is celebrating his 100th birthday, making this the perfect opportunity to bring together two wonderful centenary celebrations!

We warmly invite members to bring their children and grandchildren aged 10 and under to take part in our Winnie the Pooh Treasure Hunt, which will begin at 4.00pm after the Kings and Queens golf competition on Saturday 29th August 2026.

Join Pooh and his friends on an adventure around the course as children follow clues, discover hidden treasures and enjoy an afternoon of fun, laughter and imagination.

Following the treasure hunt, families are invited to gather for the burial of our Centenary Time Capsule at 5.30pm on Saturday, 29th August 2026, next to the new halfway house on the 9th hole. This will be a special moment in our club’s history as we preserve memories and messages for future generations to discover.
